Use a measuring tape to measure around the area where you want the belt to sit (waist or hips). Match that number to the middle hole measurement above — the belt will offer room to tighten or loosen by about 2".

This is a really cute headband! I wore it on a windy day to keep my hair out my face and absolutely loved it. It doesn't get all tangled in your hair or pull on your hair.
