Use a measuring tape to measure around the area where you want the belt to sit (waist or hips). Match that number to the middle hole measurement above — the belt will offer room to tighten or loosen by about 2".

They are pretty
I love this necklace as well as the Bali Dreams Lariat. I would give 5 stars but the tangling and twisting is really bad. I hate that but I won’t be wearing either much because 10 mins in, they are wound so tight I have to remove and untangle :(
